MY STORY

How I started

 

My Bar One cheesecake was a family favourite for many years and I couldn't attend a family gathering without one! It soon also became popular with friends and colleagues so I started offering different flavours and sizes. I paid careful attention to what worked best and now have over 30 flavours to choose from, baked or chilled, sweet or savoury. I also cater to vegetarians, diabetics and try to accommodate any special cultural preferences.

 

My cheesecakes are suitable for special occasions or just to spoil yourself - no order is too big or too small and custom orders are always a fun challenge!

 

I am always open to new ideas and welcome any feedback, good or (hopefully not) bad.
